At the Dispense Institute, Dan and Chris put the ‘3 Cs’–Cold, Carbonated, and Clean–of draft beer to the test in a long draw system installation. The purpose of these systems is to allow the beer to travel long distances, up to 500′, but sending that beer through a system that long used to create problems with getting a good pour.
Micro Mactic has their systems that allowed us to work with drawing beer over long distances, but keeping the quality of the pour in tact. Overall, it was a great experience.
